When I joined this freelance project, I worked with a high degree of autonomy as a designer and consultant. The client was asking for their web product to feel more “app-like” and the team had been struggling to interpret this. I was able to quickly address that feedback and leave them wanting more. On this freelance project, my role was to support a Senior Art Directer as a designer and occasional consultant. I helped her figure out how to organize complex financial information in detailed interfaces and create the best solutions for how designs would be compressed at smaller breakpoints. The Queens Collection was formed to give the New York City borough a chance to wear it’s pride. I worked with suppliers to deliver some of the softest shirts available. All graphics and inner tags are hand-printed, with care, using eco-friendly water-based inks. The graphic style has been influenced by the Art Deco period and traditional wood-cut printmaking. The following work explores graphic concepts for use on apparel, digital media, or other mediums. Goodwink is a streetwear brand that aims to capture the balance of good, bad, and weird in life—because life is never all good. These works hint at that relationship, and explore a combination of physical and digital production methods. To hear about my process, get in touch.
I made this site by creating static designs and then drastically altering a Big Cartel template with HTML and CSS—resulting in a fully functioning ecommerce website. Check out the fully responsive ‘phase one’ version of the site at goodwink.co. Curious about my process on this site? Get in touch.

Never have I iterated on a brand identity more than I did with Goodwink. With such a minimal logo, every detail had to be carefully considered. Goodwink’s brand Identity has been carried through into it’s website, and also a retail experience. Curious about my process? Get in touch.
Here's some fun graphic explorations I did for a business in the wine industry a few years ago. They're all early concepting, and completely unused. Playfulness, eccentricity, and movement were some of the key concepts I was playing with. Do you have a wine business? What are you waiting for? Get in touch.
I designed and illustrated this small book in 2014. Representing the ideas in the book through characters and graphic elements was a welcomed challenge. Hand-painting both the illustrations and typography gave ‘Be.’ a unique look and feel; and that was my favorite part of the project. Want to know more about my process? Get in touch.
